An email call out will be sent approximately one month prior to the wedding submission deadline with all of the specifications. This covers sections like cakes, tabletops, boutonnieres, etc. If you do not believe that you are on the call out list please fill in your information on the email signup tab on our Facebook page:

Feature Weddings
A CD, DVD or flash drive with 50-100 images that tell the story of the entire day, as well as a brief blurb on the couple, how they met, any important/compelling wedding details, and a list of vendors. It is preferable that the images sent are high resolution, but should you prefer to send low resolution images to start, the image must exist at 300 dpi and be 10×13 inches should it be chosen for inclusion.
Submission of a wedding indicate that you have attained any releases or permissions to do so. Weddings submitted will be considered as a whole and in part (i.e. for various sections including cakes, tabletops, table of contents, etc.) for the magazine, our website and blog unless otherwise requested. All weddings submitted cannot have been published elsewhere in order to be considered. This includes other wedding publications, wedding blogs and e-zines. This does not include your own company’s website or blog.
In order to have the best chances of being considered, submit early and often.

Spring/Summer Deadline: September 1st or the first business day thereafter
Fall/Winter Deadline: March 1st of the first business day thereafter
Due to the high volume of submissions, we are only able to contact you only if we plan to use your pictures. Please note, submissions will not be returned.
